Our Policies
Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Smile Amusement Specialists reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in
the opinion of the Smile Amusement Specialists representative, it deems a danger
or jeopardizes safety in any way.
Deposit Policy:
All residential rentals require a non-refundable $50 deposit and must be recived within 7 days of booking. Any bookings will only be confirmed once a deposit has been
received by Smile Amusement Specialists.
Commercial bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Payable
within 7 days of booking to confirm date.
Cancellation
Policy:
All cancellations other than weather related as described in the
Weather Policy, must be made at least 3 days prior to your event
or be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit. If this is
meet, deposits may be transfered to a date in the future, at the
discretion of Smile Amusement Specialists
Delivery
Policy:
Residential booking in metro areas are free. There may be a small
charge outside our base locations - call for details.
Commerical bookings
may incurr delivery fee depending on distance from base locations
- call for details.
Weather
Policy:
In the event of bad weather you will be given the option to cancel
two hours prior to the event and your deposit is transferable to
a date in the future. This applies to residential bookings only.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings concerning the following
conditions; heavy rain, snow, high wind, muddy conditions.
It is strongly
recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your
event (such as a church, school gym or community center).
If you
choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather
conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit.
Once any equipment is setup, the full rental price applies.
Please note that we accept Bank deposits, Cheques, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Bartercard as methods of payments, however, please note that any balances charged back to a credit card will incur a 5% surcharge.
